About the role

  • As our Paid Ads Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of Voze’s digital advertising efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and wherever our buyers spend their time. You’ll build audiences from the ground up, manage full-funnel campaigns, and develop always-on and retargeting strategies that drive demand and revenue. Using HubSpot and custom UTM infrastructure, you’ll have a clear line of sight from ad to closed deal. This is a high-impact role that blends analytical thinking, creative testing, and sharp messaging — all in service of helping outside sales teams discover Voze.

What you'll do

  • Own paid acquisition: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.


  • Build audience-first strategies: Develop cold, warm, and retargeting audiences using first-party data, HubSpot lists, and intent signals to reach and convert our ideal buyers.


  • Leverage HubSpot: Use HubSpot for campaign tracking, contact segmentation, list management, and performance attribution across the buyer journey.


  • Launch and iterate: Test headlines, copy, and creative variations to improve CTRs, conversion rates, and pipeline quality.


  • Retarget like a pro: Design and manage layered retargeting flows across channels to nurture interest and move prospects closer to action.


  • Optimize performance: Track KPIs daily — CPL, CAC, funnel velocity — and adapt quickly to optimize spend for pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams to align messaging, attribution, and go-to-market priorities.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid campaigns with deep channel knowledge (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads).


  • Proven ability to drive qualified leads and opportunities through performance-focused advertising.


  • Experience building and managing audience segments, including cold targeting, custom retargeting, and lookalike strategies.


  • Skilled in leveraging HubSpot for contact list management, campaign tracking, UTM structure, and reporting dashboards.


  • Strong grasp of attribution, lead tracking, and ad-to-CRM workflows.


  • Excellent testing instincts with the know-how to design experiments that generate insights, not just clicks.
  • Passion for solving hard problems in overlooked industries and for helping customers win, not just converting leads.
