WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
- Lead the Salesforce platform strategy, defining and overseeing its architecture to ensure it aligns with business goals. Act as a senior expert in managing complex system integrations and leveraging Salesforce to drive business success.
- Tackle complex challenges within the Salesforce environment, developing innovative solutions that improve system efficiency and user satisfaction. Oversee the implementation of these solutions, ensuring they are scalable and sustainable.
- Engage deeply with various departments to analyze and enhance their business processes through advanced Salesforce automation and custom applications.
- Develop strategic reports and dashboards that provide deep insights into business operations, facilitating data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Design and enforce strict access controls and security policies to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the Salesforce data.
- Spearhead Salesforce release management processes, including planning, testing, and rollout of new features, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Create detailed documentation and conduct educational workshops to boost Salesforce proficiency across the organization.
- Collaborate with software development teams to guide and review custom solutions, ensuring they comply with internal standards and Salesforce best practices.
- Proactively scout for and integrate new Salesforce features and technologies that offer potential value additions to the business.
- Handle complex administrative tasks with a focus on system improvements, user management, and end-user support.
- Act as a key technical liaison among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to foster synergies and solve technical challenges.
- Mentor junior staff and peers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the Salesforce team.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related and 2 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
