The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Design Associate who’s eager to learn in a high-velocity environment. You’ll contribute to designing patient-facing iOS and Android experiences, client-facing web experiences, contribute to our design system, and learn from senior product/design/engineering leadership who ship to millions of users.

What You’ll Do

• Think Critically: understand and break down problems, analyze information, and use data to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to the design system: refine components, document patterns, and help keep style guidelines airtight.
• Design: Create flows and screens under the guidance of senior team members—delivering wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals in Figma.
• Partner across functions: work day-to-day with product managers and engineers so what ships matches the mock. We love collaborating!
• Stay current: follow mobile-UX trends, share inspiration, and experiment with new patterns that could lift conversion or retention.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of UX/UI or product-design experience (internships count).
• A portfolio showing excellent visual work, thoughtful problem-solving, and at least one solid contribution to a design system.
• You love interacting with users and deeply understanding their problems.
• Proficiency with Figma; basic familiarity with prototyping tools.
• A growth mindset—you seek feedback, iterate fast, and keep the ego low.
• Clear communication; you can explain design choices to non-designers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base rate: $20/hr (8 hrs a day, 5 days a week)
• Hybrid office in Manhattan (Tues-Thurs in office)
• 8-10 weeks (June- August)
