Fresh off our $50M Series A, we’re expanding into new verticals, accelerating customer acquisition, and doubling down on performance-driven marketing. We need an elite VP of Marketing with deep expertise in demand generation to build a scalable, data-driven marketing engine that acquires, nurtures, and converts both B2B (practices) and B2C (patients).

As VP of Marketing, you will lead all aspects of marketing, with an emphasis on demand generation, revenue growth, and customer acquisition. You will own pipeline creation, ensuring B2B (practices) and B2C (patients) are acquiring, converting, and transacting through RepeatMD’s platform.
This role requires an operator, someone who is data-obsessed and proven in scaling marketing engines. You will build and oversee a performance-driven marketing team, integrating product marketing, growth, lifecycle marketing, and brand into one cohesive strategy.
✅ B2B2C Growth Marketing Expertise – You’ve scaled marketing at a high-growth SaaS company that targets businesses (B2B) while also driving consumer (B2C) demand.
✅ Demand Gen Leadership – You have 10+ years of experience in demand gen, performance marketing, and revenue marketing.
✅ SaaS & Marketplace GTM Experience – You understand multi-sided marketplaces and have built acquisition strategies for both sides of the funnel.
✅ Data-Driven & Analytical – You live in dashboards, measure CAC, LTV, ROAS, pipeline velocity, and use insights to optimize and scale.
✅ Proven Revenue Impact – You’ve owned and scaled revenue-driving marketing programs with direct impact on pipeline and growth.
✅ Team Leadership – You’ve built, scaled, and managed high-performing marketing teams across growth, content, brand, and product marketing.
✅ Fast-Paced Execution – You operate with urgency, bias for action, and a test-and-learn mindset to accelerate results.
➕ Background in SAAS, Aesthetics, Telehealth, or FinTech.
➕ Experience launching category-defining brands and positioning strategies.
➕ Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM workflows, and personalization strategies.
