Job Responsibilities:
1. Natural language understanding algorithms;
2. Development and application of large-scale dialogue pre training models;
3. Responsible for the research and development of common NLP requirements;
4. Ability to independently write, optimize, debug, run, and deploy model code;
Job requirements:
1. Majors in computer science, artificial intelligence, automatic control, machine learning, image processing, pattern recognition, etc., with priority given to English speaking work environments;
2. Have a deep understanding of computer principles, a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, and excellent design and development skills;
3. Familiar with the code and implementation of one of the open source frameworks such as Python and Tensorflow;
4. Familiar with common NLP basic tasks and project practice: text generation, information extraction, text classification MRC、 Theme discovery, etc;
Bonus points:
1. Familiar with LLM related task technologies (base model training, prompt design, instruction fine-tuning, large model distillation, large model engineering, optional), with practical task experience preferred;
2. Experience in training multimodal AIGC large models is preferred;
3. Experience in reinforcement learning projects is preferred;
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
