You’ll architect our data-driven marketing engine from the ground up: owning full-funnel strategy and all execution, building ambitious campaigns, spearheading messaging, and never taking “good enough” as the answer. You’ll lead by example, with rapid execution and experimentation, and scale both strategy and team as you prove ROI. Unconventional thinking, bold ambition, and a bias for action will make you both a builder and a future leader here.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Demand Generation: Create and launch high-impact campaigns across all key channels (email, paid, content, and events) to flood the pipeline with high-quality leads. Hit MQL, SQL, and revenue targets—and celebrate the wins.
- Lead Content & Messaging: Produce compelling content (emails, landing pages, one-pagers, social) using AI tools and your own fresh perspective. Own the narrative, test relentlessly, and constantly refine messaging for our well-defined ICP.
- Own Analytics & Strategy: Track every channel, funnel, and campaign using HubSpot and best-in-class tools. Total marketing autonomy. Budget and prioritize for maximum impact. Fail fast, learn faster, and scale what works.
- Shape Brand & GTM: Stand at the frontline—refining positioning, launching new products, and driving tight alignment with sales. Inspire the team, challenge the status quo, and help make MSPbots.ai the name MSPs can’t ignore.
- Build and Lead: Start as a player-coach; as results show, grow your team and set a culture built on ambition, initiative, and measurable impact.
- Optimize & Align: Audit funnel performance, spot opportunities, drive quick wins, and optimize everything—messaging, channels, and persona targeting.
What You Bring
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, demonstrated success as a leader and an individual contributor
- History of building and scaling demand-gen programs that deliver results—not just activity
- Hands-on content creation and campaign management with ROI to prove it
- Strategy plus execution: expert in digital, product marketing, and analytics; adept with HubSpot, ZoomInfo/Apollo, Canva, and more
- Born leader—energetic, direct, and always driving forward
- Obsession with analytics, testing, and continuous improvement
- Ready for the “chaos” and opportunities of a startup: high initiative, fast learning, and a relentless drive to build, grow, and win
- Natural influencer—clear, motivating communicator with a bias for action and a gift for inspiring teams
