Job Responsibilities:
-Based on the company's development strategy goals, plan the direction of AI product development, formulate strategies, conduct industry market research and analysis, market trend analysis, and competitor status assessment;
-According to the strategic planning of AI products, organize demand research, analyze user behavior, design interaction processes to enhance user experience;
-Participate in the entire process of project initiation, design, research and development, promotion, and iteration of AI products, responsible for product user research, user requirement organization, and requirement analysis, and creating development requirements including product flowcharts, product interaction diagrams, and product requirement documents;
-Work closely with the R&D team to quickly and efficiently promote AI product development, monitor the entire process from product design to testing and release;
-Support operation and maintenance, use AI product planning iterations to solve various customer demand problems in operations;
-Manage project progress, drive the implementation of AI product requirements, coordinate internal and external resources, and be responsible for the results.
Job requirements:
-Have knowledge of AI and experience in AI product design and management;
-Fluent in spoken English, able to communicate in daily meetings, emails, etc;
-Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering, communication or related fields;
-More than eight years of technical product related experience, English proficiency level six (TEM-4) or above, overseas study and work experience is preferred;
-Proficient in using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Visio, X-mind, Project, Axure, etc., able to output logically clear interaction prototypes, flowcharts, and product requirement specifications;
-Strong self drive, possessing innovation ability and the ability to quickly learn emerging things, able to conduct target customer market research, customer demand pain point analysis, competitor analysis, and market size analysis;
-Having good communication and resource allocation skills, strong resilience, goal oriented, and possessing strong driving force
