MSPbots is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead our cross-functional analytics organization. This is your opportunity to transform how Managed Service Providers (MSPs) consume, customize, and derive value from business intelligence.

Work Setup: Hybrid | 1–2 days onsite, 10th floor, IBP Tower, Jade Dr, Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1605 Metro Manila
Schedule: Monday–Friday from 9 PM–6 AM PHT (8 AM–5 PM CDT) | Fixed Rest Days: Sat–Sun

What You’ll Be Leading

As the Data Analytics Manager, you’ll oversee three key teams and drive standardization, strategy, and excellence in delivery:

1. Assets Team

• Builds reusable widgets, dashboards, and bots for MSP clients
• Maintains a growing library of standardized, high-impact templates

2. Professional Services Team

• Delivers custom analytics work for unique client needs
• Manages premium client requests, ensuring performance and accuracy

3. Migration Team

• Transitions clients from legacy BI tools to MSPbots
• Ensures data integrity, fidelity, and seamless dashboard replication

Your Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight

• Mentor and guide analytics team leads and contributors
• Own project prioritization, capacity planning, and QA across teams
• Ensure all deliverables meet product standards and client expectations

Process, Standards, and Quality

• Define design and data standards for dashboards, bots, and KPIs
• Implement SLAs, documentation best practices, and client intake workflows
• Oversee high-accuracy data replication during BI migrations

Client & Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering to set expectations
• Support escalations and premium services with strong quality controls
• Guide clients through self-service options and paid customization support

Strategy & Transformation

• Drive the unification of Assets and Pro Services into a scalable model
• Shape the future of templated assets as self-service tools
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• 2+ years managing technical or delivery teams, ideally in a B2B or SaaS context
• Familiar with Power BI, Tableau, or custom dashboards
• Comfortable working with MSP ecosystems (ConnectWise, Datto, N-able, Kaseya)
• Experienced in managing analytics deliverables, team bandwidth, and quality
• Organized, strategic, and communicative—able to lead across teams and priorities

Bonus Points For

• Background in the MSP industry or working with MSP clients
• Working knowledge of SQL, dashboard design, or data modeling
• Experience with professional services pricing, scoping, or project billing
