We've grown to have more than 70 employees across multiple locations and are still in the hunt for exceptional Business Development Representatives who'll be responsible for engaging prospective customers and converting these into sales opportunities.
Our Business Development Representative will be responsible for cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Interested candidates should be self-starters with proven track records of success in their professional and personal or collegiate lives. They should be excited about technology and customer service and have an interest in joining a fast-paced organization in technology and data science with significant growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for Account Executives
- Continuously prospect for new business opportunities
- Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and through email
- You will develop deep knowledge of the prospect's business problems, the impact of those business problems, and their root causes
- Working within HubSpot CRM to log all communication and data
- Effectively work with the business development team and executive leadership
Requirements and Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
- BA/BS degree or undergraduate with equivalent experience.
- Strong and professional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
- Technology, data science, and/or IT MSP experience is a plus
- Experience with industry-specific applications such as ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow, and Liongard is a bonus
- Preferably with high-volume cold calling experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Mid-stage start-up experience is a plus
- High business and technical acumen, especially in using HubSpot as CRM
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Coachable (a background in competitive sports is a plus)
- Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Manila
