The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team, ensuring seamless operations, communication, and alignment with company priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and executive team.
- Administrative Coordination
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Manage expense reporting and budget tracking.
- Project Management
- Oversee special projects and initiatives from start to finish.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Communication Management
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prioritize and screen incoming communication, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
- Confidentiality and Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in executive support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp).
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
