Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships in North America. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in North America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales pipeline.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and product offerings.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote MSPbots.ai.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Strong understanding of the North American market and sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
