Position Overview:
MSPbots is seeking an experienced HR Head with a deep understanding of both local and international labor laws and HR practices. This role requires a professional capable of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and support our global operations. The HR Head will advise on best HR practices, enhance employee relations, and ensure that HR policies and procedures promote a positive work environment and compliance across all regions in which MSPbots operates. Participation in leadership meetings to offer HR insights and guidance is a key aspect of this role, ensuring HR strategies support strategic decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.
- Lead the HR Team that comprises of a manager and recruiters.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and programs that align with the company’s objectives, taking into account global HR practices and the need for cultural sensitivity in diverse work environments.
- Provide expert advice on organizational structure and design to ensure optimal efficiency and support the company’s expansion plans, including navigating international markets.
- Offer guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement strategies, with a keen understanding of international labor standards and cultural diversity.
- Design and deliver training sessions on HR best practices, leadership development, compliance, and the nuances of global HR challenges for managers and employees.
- Assist in developing and analyzing compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and compliance across different jurisdictions.
- Support the integration of HR technology solutions, ensuring compliance with global data protection regulations and efficient HR processes and data management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR managerial role, with significant exposure to international HR practices and legal compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local and international employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, and strategic HR planning across different cultures and legal frameworks.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with staff and management across diverse cultures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to provide practical and effective advice.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Occasional international travel to client sites or company locations may be required
- Willing to work on weekends if needed
