Description

Job Summary:

This is a hybrid Pre/Post-Sales Solutions Engineering position — ideal for someone who is energized from both closing deals in a team selling environment & then has the grit to help deliver solid solutions for real world problems after the close.

As a Solutions Engineer at Medefy Health you will connect the dots between market demands, our product capability, and business outcomes. You’ll be a critical team player by helping create concentric circles throughout the business that generate knowledge transfer, and open doors for solving the right problems. You’ll regularly partner with the Go-To-Market team and will be a foundational asset to our sales process where you’ll help cultivate the art of the possible with prospective clients, lean in and help the GTM team close the deal and then stay involved in post-sales to help ensure those promises made convert to promises kept.

You’ll be a calm solution-oriented thought leader in often complicated conversations where it’s your job to decipher the right problems to solve and then negotiate solid solutions for them. You’ll regularly translate complexities of technology, healthcare, and data into simple and relatable value-based stories. One moment you’ll be demoing a product feature that wins over a CHRO & their team; a moment later, you’ll be explaining how the results are achieved to a CFO, and finally – you might wrap up your day troubleshooting an API connection, a delinquent file feed, or just generally helping to better operationalize healthcare data and how we use it. You will also directly impact the roadmap in a big way by helping to keep Engineering & Product appraised of complexities or customizations coming down the pipeline in their direction. Our Engineering team has our back out in the market, so we will always return that favor.
