New coding opportunities are available soon for Facility Fee Observation Coders on KODE Connect!

To get qualified:

1. Take our online Observation Coding assessment: click here.
2. Click 'Apply to Position' on the right-hand side of your screen (Use the same email you use to login to the KODE app!)
3. Log in to the KODE app here and make sure your entire profile is complete. Koders with complete profiles are 7x as likely to be selected for Connect opportunities!
   
   

Pay is based on multiple factors, such as complexity and patient length of stay, ranging from $7-10 per chart. Average coders complete 4-6 charts an hour – be rewarded based on your quality and productivity. Earn on your schedule and choose to be paid bi-weekly or next day!
