The VP of Marketing leads Civitech’s marketing strategy and execution across Civitech and related brands in our portfolio, helping grow our services, products, and influence within the political ecosystem. This role is responsible for positioning Civitech’s tools and data to reach campaigns, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and civic institutions working to increase civic participation.
The VP of Marketing oversees and develops a distributed marketing team and contractor network while running programs across product marketing, demand generation, content, communications, and brand. This leader partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company growth goals.
This is a player-coach role for someone who can set strategy, manage and develop a high-performing team, and still jump in to build campaigns, launch initiatives, and turn ideas into measurable results across multiple brands and product lines.
Civitech is a remote-first company hiring within our current footprint of 27 states (AL, AK, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY); Civitech does have an office in Austin, TX.
