Onsite:
This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around [ Location ] and able to work [ shift ] scheduled [ schedule ] with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs.

The Role:

A Forklift Driver, Fulfillment is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of cases within the Distribution facility using powered industrial equipment. This includes both physical handling and electronic tracking of inventory, while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., ride-behind jack, sit-down reach truck, high-reach truck).
• Move cases physically and electronically throughout the facility.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and case movement.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and timely incident reporting.
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals consistently.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Assist in other departments as needed to support operational flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

• A self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and RF scanning technology.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and safety.
• Reliable and adaptable to changing work environments.

What You’ve Done:

• 1+ year of experience operating forklifts (e.g., turret truck, cherry picker).
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals in a warehouse or fulfillment setting.
• Proven track record of following safety procedures and reporting incidents appropriately.

Nice to Haves:

• Current or previous forklift certification.
• Experience working in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution center.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
