About Blumira and Our Culture

At Blumira, our mission is to make detection and response fast, simple, and accessible - especially for small and medium-sized businesses that have too often been overlooked, priced out, or underserved by existing security solutions. By protecting them, we’re also protecting their customers and helping make the internet a safer place for everyone.

We’ve built a powerful platform, assembled a strong team, and we’re focused on delivering practical, effective security that meets the real-world needs of our customers. To keep moving forward, we’re looking for curious, driven individuals—like you!

Join a collaborative, inclusive team that values your unique perspective and supports your growth as you help strengthen our detection capabilities. You’ll learn and grow alongside experienced SaaS security leaders while making a meaningful impact as we continue to evolve and scale the Marketing team.

  • Design and maintain marketing performance reports (HubSpot, Databox, Google Sheets, attribution tools), and troubleshoot workflows, lists, and data issues to support GTM execution and KPI tracking.
  • Help launch, maintain, and analyze data from other marketing stack tools and manage their integrations with other source systems such as HubSpot, GA4, Hotjar, Propensity, etc.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of a third party attribution tool.
  • Provide actionable recommendations on how to better use Hubspot, evolve our MarTech stack, and continuously improve data quality

Required Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience owning and administering the HubSpot marketing automation and CRM platform
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data from tools such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Technically capable, excellent written and verbal communicator, and a desire to improve processes
  • A true team player who collaborates well with individuals across functions

  • The ability to organize and manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ABM tools (Propensity) and 3rd party data analysis and attribution tools is preferred
  • Education in Marketing and/or other industry certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus
  • It's a real bonus if you’ve spent time in the cybersecurity industry or have experience working in a smaller start-up
