About the Opportunity

Join our small but mighty Marketing team in a key role that will directly impact Blumira's market presence and customer acquisition. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our lead generation efforts, using a variety of tools and strategies to increase our reach, create demand generation and show our value to the cybersecurity community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase demand gen and engage target accounts, with a focus on our ideal customer profile
  • Create campaign timelines, coordinate with team members, and track performance against goals
  • Present regular updates to the team, along with actionable recommendations to amplify our growth
  • Own our ABM tech stack and strategy, providing recommendations on how it can be improved
  • Partner with sales to provide content support, and coordinate outreach efforts to best equip them to for outreach efforts
  • Own the planning, execution, and reporting of trade shows and events, for both our direct and partner channels.
  • Own our email marketing efforts including multiple monthly newsletters, as well as automated email workflows to nurture prospects based on user actions and behaviors

Required Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Obsessed with growth and are motivated by being a direct influence in the success of the business
  • 5+ years of hands-on growth/demand-gen marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies and tools for targeting specific accounts, with a strong understanding of personalized, high-value prospect engagement
  • Demonstrated experience running multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution and analysis, with proven analytical skills for tracking performance and ROI
  • Background in event marketing, including trade shows, community events, and virtual events
  • Have worked on email marketing campaigns and built automated nurture sequences
  • Experience working with both direct sales teams and channel partners is a plus
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment where cross-functional collaboration is critical
  • Excellent written communication skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects while transitioning between tactical execution and strategic thinking
  • Education in Marketing and/or industry certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus, with bonus points for cybersecurity industry or start-up experience

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
